Quando andavo a Roccaraso o Revisondoli da ragazza la compravo in un negozio di pasta fresa. Anche un ristorante del luogo l'aveva tra le sue specialita'. Viene di solito mangiata con i fagioli.
Ieri mi e' venuta in mente ed ho deciso di farla. Ma non sono stata capace di trovare la ricetta.
Percio' ho fatto a capa mia. Ho impastato 400 gr di semola di grano dura con 200 circa di acqua. Ho fatto dei salamini sottili e li ho tagliati a cilindretti di circa un centimetro, come mi ricordavo fossero gli originali. Veramente il coltello li schiacciava e quindi ero costretta a rimodellarli ad uno ad uno col dito...'na fatica per una come me che non ha certo la manualita' e l'esperienza delle nonne di Sdonk.
