E' un filo diversa da quella del sito, mi pare ma oggi riesco ad aprire solo il forum, non posso controllare :oops:

Pasta biscotto:

100g di farina
100g di zucchero
4 uova

Lavorare i tuorli con lo zucchero, montare le chiare e incorporarle, aggiungere delicatamente la farina.
Stendere l'impasto su carta da forno e infornare a forno già caldo a 180°C per 10' circa.
Sfornare, mettere su uno strofinaccio umido, togliere la carta da forno e arrotolare, fare raffreddare.

Crema di marroni:

200g di crema di marroni
50 g di burro morbido
1 cucchiaio di cognac

Montare tutto bene insieme, si ottiene una cremina chiara.
Srotolare il biscotto, "tartiner" la crema e arrotolare di nuovo.

Copertura:

1 tuorlo
60g zucchero
150g burro morbido
75g di cioccolata fondente.

Montare il tuorlo con lo zucchero a bagno maria. Fare raffreddare
Incorporare il burro e la cioccolata fusa a bagno maria. Fare raffreddare ancora.

Stendere sul tronchetto e decorare con righe fatte con la forchetta.

Ho decorato poi con delle meringhette sbriciolate.
