Alcune sono riuscito a trovarle tramite le nonne e gli anziani del paese ma c'è nè uno di cui proprio non riesco a capire la ricetta.
E' un dolce tipico natalizio-pasquale (soprattutto pasquale) che si vende in tutti i forni del paese (ovviamente ho chiesto ma figurati se quelli si sbottonano) e viene chiamato "tarallo con lo zucchero",ha forma di ciambella (tarallo appunto) o di piccolo tronchetto (grande come il pollice) ha una consistenza piuttosto dura e farinosa e se lo si mangia cosi è molto asciutto ed in bocca fa una specie di mappazza (si dice che "appond n'gann"), infatti era usanza intingerlo dei due tipici vini dolci da festa il Moscato e l'Aleatico.
