Tu che avrai sicuramente assaggiato la crostata cosa mi dici?l'ho hai cotto senza mettere nessun peso sopra(tipo legumi) :)

Ecco come si presentava il disco:

Ho cotto 15 minuti a 180° forno ventilato ma sicuramente visto il risultato finale, ne bastavano 10.

Marmellata ai frutti di bosco dopo aver fatto debitamente raffreddare il disco...

Con il resto della frolla ho approntato delle striscie prima spennellate di rosso d'uovo.

Ho creato anche se male dei dischetti che ho attaccato intorno a coprire lo stacco con la base..

Qui penso di aver sbagliato... ehm .. in forno ventilato a 230 ° per 10 minuti ma si è un pochino bruciacchiata.
La prox volta vado a 200° oppure 230° ma non ventilato.. voi che dite ??

Ecco il risultato finale, la base è venuta un tantinello scura (lato sotto) per questo vi dicevo che in precottura bastavano 10 minuti.
