500g di marroni (presi ieri al mercato: bellissimi)
Acqua
1/2 stecca di vaniglia
380g di zucchero
Un po' di liquore
Pazienza

Ho provato questa ricetta per "sfizio" ma la prossima volta credo che seguirò quella del sito 8O

Ho inciso i marroni e li ho messi in acqua fredda, fatto bollire 5 minuti



Li ho poi pelati (ecco dove serve la pazienza) e fatti bollire una buona mezzora.
Li ho passati con il mixer pensando di lasciare un po' di pezzi (come da ricetta del sito) ma avrei fatto meglio a fare quello che diceva la zia :wink: la sua cottura è + breve, il risultato è diverso.

ho messo 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua e lo zucchero a cuocer fino a 120°C.
A quel punto ho buttato dentro i marroni e 1/2 stecca di vaniglia.


Dopo 20 minuti era pront. Ho tolto la vaniglia e aggiunto un po' di liquore.



E' venuto un vasetto grosso :D

Diffetti: grossissimo, non è abbastanza spalmabile, non la posso usare per la buche di Natale :-(
Però: sembra di mangiare marron glacés in un altro "stato fisico". Gnam gnam
