qualcuno lo conosce? E' un dolcoe di pasta lievitata, che può ricordare un po' il pandoro come consistenza e ha la forma di una ciambella alta con il buco ma chiuso sul fondo.
Quando ero bambina si trovava in molte pasticcerie della città, adesso in molte meno.
Ho cercato in internet ma le ricette suggerite sono poche, molto diverse tra loro e adattate ad una produzione casalinga; nessuna prevede l'uso del lievito madre.
Se c'è qualche bresciano o comunque qualcuno che ne conosce la ricetta io sono pronta a sperimentare.
