250 gr di ricotta
250 gr di burro
impastare ,stendere e piegare in tre e mettere in frigo 30 minuti circa
ripetere loperazione 3/4 volte

per una tortiera di 30 cm di diametro
una dose di besciamella non troppo densa (una tazza)
un etto di prosciutto cotto
funghi misti (io ho usato una busta di funghi congelati con porcini )
un bicchiere di latte
rosolare funghi con uno spicchio di aglio e un po'n di olio, sale e pepe ,togliere l'aglio, passare nel robot velocemente con il bicchiere di latte e frullare qualche secondo.
stendere questa crema sopra il prosciutto, e versare la besciamella a cucchiaiate qua e la'....coprire con il disco di pasta avanzato ,spennellare con l'uovo sbattuto e mettere in forno a 200° per 35/40 minuti, se diventa troppo scura, spegnere il forno dopo 30 minuti e lasciarla dentro con la porta aperta, fino al momento di mangiarla
