Finalmente anche a Modena, il 25 aprile. Che per questa volta salterò perché sono in treno.
Di cosa si tratta ? I Mercati della Terra sono un progetto internazionale di Slow Food per avvicinare produttori e cittadini. La conoscenza reciproca, lo scambio e il dialogo rafforzano il legame tra chi produce e chi acquista in una nuova figura di consumatore che noi chiamiamo co-produttore.


A modena si terrà ogni tre settimane e la prossima volta non mancherò: conoscere i piccoli produttori della zona è sempre esperienza per me entusiasmante.
