(il mio ego è cresciuto di una spanna :D )
L'ho preparata ieri usando, però, la frolla di Adriano che avevo in freezer; con la dose originale viene più alta perchè contiene lievito; non ho la foto della fetta perchè l'ho regalata.

Per la pasta:
farina 300 gr
burro 150 gr
zucchero 150 gr
1 uovo intero e 2 tuorli (conservare gli albumi che poi si montano a neve)
1 pizzico di sale
Mezza dose di lievito
Buccia di limone
Preparare la frolla e mettere in frigorifero.
Dopo averla stesa in una teglia imburrata di circa 30 cm , stendere uno strato di marmellata di prugne, coprire con amaretti passati nel rum, montare i 2 albumi a neve e aggiungere al composto 150 gr di mandorle tostate e frullate grossolanamente con 2 cucchiai di zucchero, spalmare sulla superficie e guarnire con i ritagli di pasta.
Forno a 180° per circa 30 minuti e poi a 160° per 15 minuti
