ingredienti per 8 persone
1 kg Mele
300 g Farina 00
200 g Zucchero
1 bustina Lievito dolci
3 Uova
1 bicchiere Latte
1 bicchiere olio oliva
1 pizzico Sale

appena posso faccio le foto e le posto!! qui se la sono mangiata tutti!

In un contenitore dalle sponde larghe mettere le uova e lo zucchero, aggiungere il sale il latte e l'olio, sbattere il tutto fino a ottentere una crema omogenea. Continuando a sbattere aggiungere piano piano la farina e il lievito. Una volta ottenuto un composto cremoso versare tutto in una teglia in cui prima avete posto della carta da forno. Sbucciare e tagliare le mele a spicchi finissimi, inserire le mele di taglio nel composto in modo da averle in tutta la torta. Infornare il tutto alla temperatura di 180° per 45 minuti e gustare.
