Pandamuffin

In effetti io ho preso spunto da , non ho trovato la ricetta, quindi ognuno può fare le varianti che preferisce.

Servono:

Muffin al cioccolato, grandi e piccoli (io ho fatto di Paoletta, sono ottimi. Con le dosi per 12 muffin ne ho fatti 9 grandi e 9 piccoli)
Panna montata (per quelli della foto credo sia stata usata una glassa. A noi non piace, quindi ho optato per la panna. Forse con la glassa il procedimento è più semplice)
Biscotti al cioccolato farciti, grandi e piccoli (io non ho trovato quelli piccoli, quindi ho fatto le orecchie con il cioccolato fuso)
Cioccolato fuso
Pezzi di cannuccia per attaccare la testa al corpo

Dopo aver cotto i muffin e averli fatti raffreddare, accoppiare i muffin grandi e piccoli con i pezzi di cannuccia. Quello piccolo va messo di traverso, la parte sporgente sarà il naso del panda. Cospargere la panna sulla faccia e sulla pancia. Fondere il cioccolato e disegnare i particolari sulla faccia con un conetto di carta forno o con una tasca. Io con il cioccolato fuso ho attaccato anche le zampe al corpo. Con un altro conetto o una piccola tasca riempito di panna montata ho fatto le unghie e i puntini degli occhi.
