Vi scrivo per chiedervi un consiglio: un mesetto fa ho preparato l'estratto di vaniglia seguendo la di Anice&Cannella; al momento di unire l'alcol allo sciroppo di zucchero, però, quest'ultimo è diventato subito bianco e duro e non si è miscelato uniformemente.

A circa un mese di distanza (è stato fatto il 19 aprile) la situazione è quella che ho fotografato: c'è una parte marrone che galleggia su uno strato bianco più denso; la suddetta parte marrone avanza, ma molto (molto!) timidamente.

Insomma: ho buttato delle buone stecche di vaniglia, o c'è qualcosa che posso fare?
