]]> 2004-10-25T09:05:24+02:00 2004-10-25T09:05:24+02:00 http://www.gennarino.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1650&p=10407#p10407 <![CDATA[Un'idea per il forno]]> Sono andato da una lattoneria (dittarelle ormai quasi introvabili) con l'intento di farmi tagliare una lastra di alluminio delle dimensioni precise per il mio forno. La speranza era trovare lastre di uno spessore di almeno 2 mm, ma il massimo che sono riusscito a trovare è stato uno spessore di 0,88 mm.

Con spessori così bassi, per evitare imbarcamenti della piastra sotto il peso dei prodotti da cuocere, bisogna far eseguire dei rinforzi, niente di più semplice, una piegatura sul lato più lungo. Bisogna poi ritagliare e piegare l'angolo per permettere alla placca di scorrere nelle guide del forno.

La placca è utilissima anche per la lievitazione del pane, anzi, facendone produrre due si può realizzare pane a "catena" mettendo in forno la prima placca ed utilizzando l'altra per la lievitazione.
