Sul retro, le istruzioni consigliano di utilizarlo abbinato a lievito di birra.

Aprendo la confezione si sente un deciso aroma di malto e di farina di segnale. Ho provato ad utilizzarlo senza aggiunta di altro lievito, ma l'impasto non ha avuto alcun accenno a muoversi anche dopo averlo lasciato lievitare un'intera notte, allora ho aggiunto una esigua dose di lievito di birra secco sempre BIO.

Ho impastato con 80% di farina integrale, per il rimanente, farina 00 e grano duro, un po' di aolio e poco sale. Ho lasciato lievitare due ore come consigliato nelle istruzioni e poi ho formato una treccia.

Il pane è risultato molto buono, diverso da quanto abbia mai prodotto fino ad oggi. Un aroma molto deciso ed una sofficità notevole.
Credo che nella bustina in realtà non ci sia lievito madre, ma degli additivi per panificazione, avendo comprato tutto in un negozio BIO, spero non faccia male!!!
