300g fesa di tacchino
sale, pepe
4 cucchiai di senape
300g pasta sfoglia
1 uovo
draconcello (io non l'avevo)
olio per ungere la placca (io ho messo la carta forno)

Tagliare la fesa di tacchino in pezzetti regolari 3x4di lato. Mettere la carne in una terrina salare pepare aggiungere la senape; mescolate bene per distribuire uniformemente sui rettangoli di tacchino.
Stendere la sfoglia circa 3mm e spennellare con un pò di uovo battuto con un pizzico di sale.
distribuire i pezzetti di tacchino sulla pasta distanziandoliin modo regolare,tenendo conto che dovete coprire il tacchino ;poi tagliare con un coltello la pasta distribuite su tutti i pezzetti qualche fogliolina di draconcello.ripiegate verso l'alto al centro gli angoli di ogni pezzo di sfoglia e saldare i bordi schiacciare con la punta del dito per non rischiare che si apranodurante la cottura.
spennellare con l'uovo allinearli nella placca cuocere x 30 minuti a 180-200C°, finchè saranno ben dorati. SI possono fare anche con il pollo. :sad:
