Penne con zucca e...]]> Io, povero servo, sotto-sotto-commis, mi sono detto: massì ci inventiamo 'na cosa così: ho fatto partire l'acqua per le penne, ho tostato un po' di pan grattato in un padellino, mentre in una padellona ho messo a scaldare olio (SAE 10W40 viste le temperature rigide) e uno spicchio d'aglio. Successivamente ho aggiunto la zucca, i cui tocchetti avevo ridotto precedentemente a circa mezzo centimetro di lato. Infine, ho scolato le penne, le ho saltate nel padellone, dopo aver aggiunto il pan grattato tostato, alcune prese di pistacchio tritato e qualche giro di pepe.
Naturalmente non siamo di fronte all'invenzione culinaria del secolo, ed ovviamente non aprirò il mio ristorante chiamandolo U'S (U' Sfinguini) ma l'apprezzamento di Claudia ed Arianna mi ha spinto a pubblicare questa cosina, anche se ho il sospetto che si sia trattato solo di fame, o di un invito a cucinare più spesso anche soltanto uova all'occhio di bue...
