Crumble di mele
INGREDIENTI:
Kg.2 di mele ( io uso le golden)
g.300 zucchero di canna a grana grossa
g.300 burro a pezzettini (molto freddo)
g.300 farina 00
cannella in polvere
Mettere in una ciotola lo zucchero la farina ed il burro a pezzetti, lavorare il tutto con
la punta delle dita sbriciolando gli ingredienti tra loro. Mettere in frigorifero
la ciotola per 15 minuti. Scaldare il forno a 200°.Tagliare a tocchetti le mele, distribuirle
sul fondo di una teglia antiaderente (io usouna teglia rettangolare dicm.36X24 circa), spolverarle con un po’ di cannella .
Coprire le mele con la farina ,lo zucchero ed il burro lavorati e mettere la teglia in forno già caldo per 40 minuti circa, fino aquando la copertura avrà preso un bel colore.
NOTE:
Ottimo gustato ancora caldo con una pallina di gelato alla panna.
