Nonostante sia semplicissimo da prepare a me questo dessert piace veramente molto.

Ingredienti per circa 6 persone: 1,5 kg. di pesche gialle, una stecca di vaniglia, zucchero di canna, panna montata.

Preparazione: versate due tazze di zucchero e 2 tazze d'acqua dentro una teglia da forno assieme ad una stecca di vaniglia e mettela sul fuoco finchè lo zucchero non si sia sciolto. Tagliate a metà le pesche e snocciolatele, posatele sulla teglia con la parte tagliata rivolta verso l'alto e scorpargetele di zucchero di canna.
Mettete in forno la teglia e cuocete col grill finchè lo zucchero in cima alle pesche non sia caramellato.
Servite le pesche su un piatto assieme ad un poco di panna montata.
