E l'ultima parte a 50°, che immagino serva a far fondere il burro, la posso fare magari riscaldando prima il bicchiere del mixer in acqua calda e poi frullando, secondo te? :)

crema bianca alle mandorle.(ricetta di annaginger di coquinaria) con il bimby

Tempo di Preparazione: 5 min.

Ingredienti:
70 gr. di zucchero, 100 gr. di mandorle pelate, 150 gr. di cioccolato bianco, 30 gr. di burro, 100 gr. di latte.
Inserite nel boccale lo zucchero e le mandorle: 20-30 sec. vel. 9. Riunite il composto con la spatola e frullate per 10 sec. vel. 9 fino a polverizzarlo. Dal foro del coperchio buttate il cioccolato a pezzi: vel. 5. Fermate e aggiungete il burro e il latte: 4 min. 50° vel. 4. Travasate la crema ottenuta in vasetti e conservateli in frigorifero.

Io avevo della farina di mandorle e ho usato pari peso di quella.
Il sapore è davvero buono molto mandorloso e dolce al punto giusto, il cioccolato bianco fa degnamente la sua parte senza prevaricare troppo.

Il panbrioche è fatto con parte di farina integrale.
300gr. latte
75 gr. olio di semi(io uso sempre quello ai cereali e frutti)
50gr. zucchero(scesi a 30)
15gr. sale
400gr. farina 00
180gr. farina di rimacinato (questa volta sostituito con altrettanto di farina integrale)
15gr. lievito di birra (o una bustina di quello secco)
programma normale macchina del pane, crosta chiara.
