Come base ho usato la mia ricetta collaudata, (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12109) ma ho sostituito il burro con mezzo bicchiere di olio di riso e il latte con un vasetto di yogurt intero.
Poi appena cotta.. e bollente (mi mancavano i tempi per il raffreddamento) l'ho tagliata a metà.
Ho preso dei frutti di bosco surgelati e l'ho messi in padella con zucchero per marmellate (con pectina) e acqua (per creare un pochino di sciroppo e l'ho portati a bollore.. appena ho visto che lo sciroppino si addenzava ho spento.
Poi con 3 cucchiai di latte scremato e 2 di acqua, ho bagnato la torta. ho messo sopra i frutti di bosco e lo sciroppino..
Ho spolverato con zucchero a velo e briciole di meringa.. :sad:

p.s.: Sdonk.. io credo che per dire che non viene soffice questa torta.. la dovresti provare.. 8-O
(il segreto è montare le uova con lo zucchero ed il pizzico di sale con il frullatore per almeno 15 minuti)
