per esempio ci sono tantissime indicazioni su congelazione e scongelazione. In linea di massima comunque i lievitati li congelerei dopo la formatura e li tirerei fuori dal congelatore prima di andare a letto sabato sera, così durante la notte scongelano e lievitano. Poi dipende anche da cosa e dalle quantità; qualcosa puoi anche portare quasi a cottura, congelare, e rinfrescare in forno poco prima di servire.

Domenica vorrei festeggiare il mio compleanno insieme ad una decina di amici con un piccolo buffet e siccome vorrei cominciare a preparare e congelare qualcosa ho provato a leggere i post sui buffet e le organizzazione dei lavori ma ho dei dubbi.
Esempio, volendo preparare per la festa qualcosa tipo, danubio, pizzette, panettone gastronomico, muffin salati, crostata di verdura e formaggi, cornetti di sfoglia veloce (quella col philadelfia) come faccio a congelare e scongelare?
Tutto a crudo? e poi per scongelare? tutto scongelato e poi cotto? Oppure direttamente congelato in forno? :shock:
Qualcuno mi ha detto che si può cuocere tutto e poi congelare per poi scaldare.
