Cassatedde di ricotta fritte (per 8 persone)
500 g di farina
100g di zucchero semolato
1/2 di olio EVO
2 chucchiai di Marsala
400g di ricotta
50g di cioccolato fondente
cannella
zucchero a velo
olio di semi
sale

Impastare la farina con 2 cucchiai di zucchero, il Marsala, l'olio d'oliva e una presa di sale incorporando l'acqua necessaria fino ad ottenere una pasta consistente. Coprirla e lasciarla riposare circa 30 minuti.
Setacciare la ricotta, raccoglierla un una terrina e amalgamarvi lo zucchero rimasto, il cioccolato a scaglie e un pizzico di cannella.
Stendere la pasta in una sfoglia sottile e ricavarne dei dischi con un taglia pasta. Distribuire sopra il ripieno a mucchietti e ripiegare la pasta sulla farcia formando dei ravioli.
Friggere le cassatelle in olio di semi caldo: sgocciolarle perfettamente e servirle calde, spolverizzate di zucchero a velo.

Mai provata, però... 8-)
