Io quest'anno ho fatto per mia figlia una torta a forma di "cuscino reale" su cui ho appoggiato una coroncina; per riuscire a sagomarla ho fatto così: ho farcito la torta, dopodichè l'ho messa in freezer e poi l'ho sagomata e ricoperta di marzapane. La mia non era molto alta però comunque ho avuto l'impressione che il passaggio in freezer l'avesse resa più stabile...
Giusto per la cronaca: la base era di torta paradiso, che è più compatta e solida di un pandispagna, farcito con panna montata al miele...

Nella descrizione c'è scritto che la torta è tutta commestibile, ma credo che ci voglia tanta di quella buttercream da renderla immangiabile.
