PAN DI SPAGNA
100gr di farina
100gr di fecola
5 uova
200 gr di zucchero
1 bustina di lievito per dolci

CREMA

1 lt di panna fresca
1 Kg di limoni spremuti
zucchero secondo il gusto
1 Kg di fragole lavate e tagliate a pezzettini

Lasciare a macerare le fragole con il succo di limoni e lo zucchero (io metto anche un po' di gin o grappa).
Preparare il pan di spagna come al solito in una teglia di 25-30 cm circa. Una volta cotto lasciarlo raffreddare bene, magari in forno spento e aperto.

Scolare bene le fragole e conservare il succo.Una volta scolate unirle ai 3/4 della panna montata a neve (in maniera delicata).
A questo punto tagliare tre dischi uguali di pan di spagna. Bagnare il primo con il succo di limone, fare uno strato di panna e fragole e procedere in maniera analoga per il secondo. Il terzo va solo bagnato.
Fare la copertura con la panna montata messa da parte e guarnire a piacere.

Non so se già conoscevate la ricetta...
Per le foto, siamo fuori stagione, aspettiamo maggio! :)
