ricetta presa da Cucina Italiana

Ingredienti per 4

500 g di patate
100 g di taleggio
burro
prezzemolo
sale, pepe

Bisogna lessare le patate con la buccia, quindi pelarle e schiacciarle, vanno poi amalgamate con sale,pepe e prezzemolo a piacere.
Quindi si passa ad imburrare gli stampini, per sicurezza si può mettere un quadratino di carta forno sul fondo per facilitare il distacco degli sformatini, ricordandosi di imburrare anche la carta.

Si riempiono gli stampini con il composto di patate per metà poi si mette un quarto del taleggio e si ricopre con altre patate.
Gli stampini vanno poi messi in una teglia più grande riempita d'acqua per farli cuocere a bagnomaria in forno a 200° per 20 minuti


a posteriori avrei fatto degil stampini più piccoli.
