In riferimento al gusto, invece, il discorso cambia: se si lasciano asciugare (stese su un piano, oppure in un cesto di vimini in cui possa circolare l'aria per evitare muffe) per un periodo più prolungato fino a farle disidratare, ma non indurire eccessivamente, le castagne diventano un concentrato di sapore! :sad: La buccia secca si stacca molto facilmente.
Mia sorella prepara un'ottima "marmellata" di castagne (non necessariamente marroni) ma è un lavoraccio e la resa è bassissima, per cui io non mi sono mai azzardata a farla, Primavera se ti interessa chiedo la ricetta.

P.S. Ancora qui non sono iniziate le castagne, ma ci siamo quasi! :grin:
