io ho seguito la mia ricetta integrandola con questa

Ingredienti:
Pane raffermo, meglio se integrale
latte
Bietole 1,50 kg
Parmigiano
Farina 100 g
Salvia rosmarino aglio
Uova 1
sale
noce moscata

Mettere il pane raffermo a bagno nel latte per mezza giornata, strizzarlo,
metterlo in una terrina, aggiungere le bietole tritate, il parmigiano e qualche foglia di salvia e rosmarino tritati, ho aggiunto anche uno spicchio d'aglio

Aggiungete un uovo e poi la farina piano piano setacciata fino ad ottenere la consistenza di una pastella un po’ densa.

Mettete dell’acqua in una pentola e quando l’acqua bolle versatevi l’impasto a cucchiaiate,

appena vengono su disponeteli in un piatto di portata



conditeli con burro, salvia e parmigiano, gratinateli al forno e servite
