1,5 kg di pesche
350 gr,. di zucchero
150 gr di amaretti sbriciolati
80 gr di cacao amaro

ho tagliato le pesche a tocchettoni e le ho fatte andare per un 15' a fuoco basso e a pentola coperta

questo mi ha permesso di passarle con il passaverdure


ho seguito la ricetta e ho aggiunto zucchero e amaretti e ho cotto il composto per un 20' verso la fine ho aggiunto il cacao, ed ecco il prodotto finito!



adesso nascondo molto bene i barattoli, li tirerò fuori solo verso Natale e lo servirò come dessert a una delle numerose cene di quel periodo!! :eek:
