e questa la ricetta :-D (fa pure rima)

Ingredienti:

1 peperone rosso

1 peperone giallo

1 peperone verde

2 melanzane

2 zucchine

2 patate

uno spicchio d'aglio

basilico

olio qb

1 conf. di pasta sfoglia

3 uova

100 gr di parmigiano

200 gr di provola

pepe qb



Preparazione



Preparare una ciambotta, soffriggere lo spicchio d'aglio in un po' d'olio, eliminarlo, quindi aggiungere tutte le verdure pulite e tagliate a dadi, aggiustare di sale e basilico tritato.

Coprire e far cuocere aggiungendo dell'acqua se necessario.

Togliere dal fuoco e lasciar intiepidire, quindi aggiungere alla ciambotta, le uova e il formaggio e la provola a pezzetti.

Foderare una teglia rivestita di carta forno con la pasta sfoglia, riempire con la ciambotta, coprire con altra pasta sfoglia, spennellare con un rosso d'uovo e infornare a 190° fino a che diventa bella dorata.
