Quest'anno pero' la ricetta postata da mi ha messo voglia di qualcosa di piu' "salsoso", da accompagnare ai dolci. Volevo mantenere pero' la consitenza vagamente candita che mi piace molto, e che non avrei di sicuro ottenuto con la cottura in forno. Allora ho proceduto come al solito, con un riposo preliminare dei fichi tagliati e coperti da zucchero (quantita' di questo pari a meta' del peso dei fichi). Dopo ventiquattro ore, ho portato lentamente a bollore e ho spento. Poi, il giorno dopo, ho portato a cottura fino a quando lo zuccheor non ha toccato il punto di caramello: a questo punto, ho aggiunto passito (dieci per cento della quantita' di fichi) e cardamono pestato. Ho mescolato velocemente e spento subito, in modo da lasciare parecchio sugo.

Ho invasato, come al solito.
