Sono francese, con origini italiane, vivo vicino a Parigi e la cucina, sopratutto la pasticeria, mi piace mooooolto ! Vado spesso as Aquino nella provincia di Frosinone.

Spero di partecipare al più possibile a questo forum ! Per il momento non posso resistere a mostrarvi le mie sfogliatelle !

Ne ho fatte due volte, un impasto di base senza sugna dentro, e un altro a cui ho aggiunto 10 grammi di strutto ( o saindoux, l'equivalente francese). Al momento di formare le invulcre ho avuto l'impressione che era un po più facile con l'impasto con lo strutto... ma non sono sicuro, e le prossime volte, riproverò senza usare grassi nella impasto.
