]]> 2007-06-01T11:49:08+02:00 2007-06-01T11:49:08+02:00 http://www.gennarino.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10178&p=94494#p94494 <![CDATA[Rosa di ananas]]> Sono esageratamente affascinata dalle preparazioni che hanno un aspetto insolito, anzi sono proprio queste ricette che mi hanno fatto accostare al mondo della cucina.
Ho trovato su un vecchio numero di Più Cucina questa rosa di ananas e corniole ideata dallo chef C. Bertol e l’ho realizzata per il pranzo di capodanno, semplificandone la costruzione, in quanto i commensali erano 12.

Ho tagliato l’ananas all’affettatrice, asportato la parte centrale delle singole fette ed adagiato su ogni piatto un cerchio di ananas e su questa un’altra fetta avvolta a cono, decorando all’interno con un cubetto di kiwi ed irrorando infine con il limoncello.
